Only have had this for a few days. I have used it in several places with poor cell signals with good results. That would be a 4 so far. I will update that after I travel the country in the coming months. Now the BIG issue.The instructions are nearly useless. So tiny you can hardly read them but even if you can they make no sense. I figured out how to use it because I’m pretty tech savvy and I’m stubborn. Even turning it off is an adventure. The APP wow useless +. Tried to scan the QR code to link the device “no device found” was the response. Online support non existent. On and on….Summary if you are savvy enough to figure this mobile router and hotspot on your own it does work well. I’d give that a 4 since it is not easy to navigate. HOW to use it gets a Zero.

This works great if you follow the little instruction book it shows you how to set it up and the example of the login & pw is displayed on the device. Setup took less then 5 minutes once fully charged. It can stay plugged in while in use. Don't even hesitate. My Mom is 80 and has no internet. This device held 6 devices at once for a week and we still have a Hotspot left over. It's good for 90 days. It's definitely worth it! I love mine and would definitely purchase again. For other people if you read the instructions you shouldn't have a problem. I don't know why people leave inconsistent reviews when it's a user error. Don't read the instructions then don't complain. They are there. Like I said it was a breeze to Setup. There's an app you sync with your phone. Once connected you can connect other devices and even disconnect the phone from the Hotspot and it continues to work. I connected my laptop and took my phone off the Hotspot because it has cellular and didn't want to eat up the Hotspot running my phone as well. Just a little bit of info that it doesn't tell you. Excellent device, I got it on sale. One of my best Amazon purchases. It does exactly what it says. Comes in a lovely protected box. Worth every penny

I just bought this a few weeks ago and I am truly impressed. First of all, they gave us 90 gigabytes for free. Secondly, the product was represented well, the packaging, etc. But the most important thing is, it's faster than my home WiFi. And my power goes out all the time. So working from home, having a backup or just extra reassurance is a relief. I looked at other products but this one is the best one. It's cheap, fast, no sim card (thankfully), and it's super easy to use. It even has a data saving mode. The only thing wrong with it is that the charging cord is not long enough. But that's minor. I hope more people use this product. One last thing, the app is super easy to use, and the setup process is really fast considering it's portable WiFi. I am, truly impressed. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! GET THIS WHILE IT'S STILL CHEAP!

Update, 6/1: Emailed CS and they apologized for the issue. Turnaround time was about 48 hrs for a response. It appears the preset package had just expired, I did still qualify for it with my purchase and they applied the 55gb data package for me. The package sync'd to my account the next time I turned on the device! I tested the connection & it works great with my work PC /VPN. I am excited to test this out while on vacation later this month. I will post another update in July.Original: The item came neatly packaged and the set up I could complete was alright. The app keeps crashing and will not let you turn off permissions for media, recording, access to the phone's wifi, ect. That is pretty scary, imo.The 55gb data package I purchased via Amazon when I bought the device is EXPIRED. It says it has already been used. I just purchased the device on 5/29. I reached out to customer service at [email protected] to see if this can be fixed. I will update my review when they reach back out to me.

I received this product on 5/30/2022. I started setting it up and it worked great for about 3 seconds and then said my data was expired (see photo). As per the description, this says it comes with 3GB of FREE data gift. Why would the company put an expiration on this? I feel robbed. Going to contact seller. If it gets resolved, I will keep and leave a better review. Otherwise I will be returning this. Did I get a used one??? That is my other thought, but it came sealed in the package so I doubt that is the case.

Perfect for my need for a mobile hotspot that I could count on!

I would like to return this and get help with something much earlier to use.
