Run large and look wrinkled out of the box
Length and Width seem to fit just like the Drift Stamina shoes I just purchased. For those who don't need a wide toebox you can probably go a half size down. These are just slightly too large though as my toe rubs on the seam near the toe box - so I'll be returning!There is not a lot of breathing in these and no air holes to help out in that area. That is the one area I'm not thrilled with on these. I LOVE that they are ALL black because I prefer these to dress shoes when wearing jeans but needing less 'tennis shoe' in look.These come with ribbons AND also black shoe strings in case you want to change them outThey also look worn straight out of the box. I have a feeling these crinkle up easily and will look old faster than most shoes will.Lastly, the arch support. Not sure if the pair I have is defective or not but the right side feels like it has less than the left side. If both had what the left had I'd be in heaven! For that reason I'd say moderate arch support at best.

Great support
They probably arent a style I would have chose but once they arrived I thought they looked better in person. They are comfortable and have great support for my plantar fasciitis. I had to switch out the ribbon laces that were in the shoes with the regular laces they (also) sent because the ribbon laces kept coming untied.

PERFECT SHOES, IMPERFECT FOOT
My left heel is the oddity in getting shoes. These shoes are well made, comfortable - couldn't ask for anything more, but since my left heel is narrow, the shoe slipped off when taking a step. Sadly, I had to return these, but I'm still on the hunt for a pair of leather sneakers made by Vionic.I wear a size 8, and these are true to size for the support I need for my falling arches.

Good fit
Really like this shoe for support although I did add a slightly thicker orthotic. The shoe could use a thicker insole with a thick soft heel pad for shock absorption. The shoe has a slim fit look unlike shown in picture. It also comes with normal shoe strings which I changed to immediately. The ribbon shoe strings looked tacky.

SHOES FIT LIKE A DREAM
I was worried a bit about these shoes bring too old fashioned - but the fit is soo good that I do like then a lot.I broke ankle 2 years ago and still healing - do IO keep looking for pair that fit great.

Such a shame spoiling a really decent shoe with ribbons for laces!
Love the shoe, soft and comfortable leather, good arch support for plantar fasciitis. Sadly ribbons for laces? Really not well thought out they are forever sliding undone! The advertising said a choice of tie but they only come with ribbon.
