ThomyMedium Mustard (Mittelscharf Delikatess-Senf) Pack of 3x100ml

I lived in the Thomy headquarters town and every fridge has a tube of this mustard and one of some kind of mayo sauce, think it's required by local German law. It's a very good mustard, kind of like Dijon.This mustard works in sauces for things like veal and pork cutlets, in potato salads and also just the thing for bratwurst and other sausages. It's really good on grilled kielbasa.This is also THE mustard for soft pretzels, esp. the German kind you can get at Lidl. And it's great on hotdogs or any kind of red sausage (the sweet version is what goes on white brats.) This mustard is so good, I confess that I fork up the rest on my plate if there's any left after I eat my hotdog or pretzel.The tube makes a good traveler for picnics. I don't know why we don't package more foods in the US in tubes; tomato paste, mustard, mayo and anchovy paste are great in tube form.

Love this mustard, different flavor from yellow American mustard, or Dijon, and perfect for German wursts. Excellent deal from the seller (it may take awhile to arrive but it's worth it!)

It's what served with the pretzels in most of the beer gardens in Germany.
