Handle bar stopped extending, first use
I brought my new bag on a recent trip realizing at the airport the handle wouldn’t extend all the way up anymore. Used only as carry on, perfect size and light weight. Only complaint is handle is already broken.

Super cute and super durable. Matches my medium and large Herschel hard side camo print. I get so many compliments on this and have used it for 3 trips so far. Surprisingly roomy inside.

Amazing
The product was exactly what I wanted and looks like what’s in the picture. The suitcases made out of premium materials and is able to hold a lot of items. I would definitely would by again and would show someone else that is thinking about buying a suitcase to go with this one.

False reports of product condition
Product was used which I understand but in the description of the product there was no mention of a crack in the carry on suitcase ordered.
