biOrb46080.0 Kelp Set Medium Purple Aquariums

I moved my son’s betta to a new tank and it was so miserable while waiting for its new plants. These guys add a great pop of color and they are soft enough to not tear him up. They are too expensive in my opinion at almost $20 but I am still glad I got them. Please ignore the fog. Changing the water now.

Great aquarium decor! It's very soft and the colors are extremely vibrant. My fishes and frogs love swimming through it and resting in them. It's a bit over priced but it was what I wanted for the theme I was Going for in my aquarium set up so its worth it for me. The medium size was the perfect height for my ten gallon TopFin aquarium.

Cleaning these is a pain bc I have no patience and dislike having to clean each individual leaf. However, I love the color and they add fantastic depth to my tank, so I suck it up! Perfect height, perfect hue, wish I could get away with stuffing more in the tank! Love these!

When I decided to go with white gravel and a sizeable white fake plant in my betta's tank, I knew I needed a splash of color to liven things up. I thought this rich purple would look nice, but when I checked out my options, I was surprised to find that the small (short) set costs 50% more than this taller, medium set. Because I'm a penny pincher, I just bought the medium and cut it down to a size more appropriate for my tank.The feathery purple "plant" is an awesomely rich color that looks great against the white in my tank. It stands straight up, yet the feathery bits are soft enough that my betta doesn't appear to be disturbed by them as he nosing around. The "leafier plant" is a great compliment to it, with plastic stems and fabric leaves that fan out a bit in the water. It doesn't necessarily look like a real plant, but it does look pretty awesome.

Purple feather like plant was worth the $ but the silk plant, even tho very vibrant and gorgeous colors, once algae gets on it, the vibrant colors turn dingy and yucky looking! Can't clean it enough to get the vibrant colors back AT ALL! Only had them a month. :(

Love this beautiful decor! The color is bright and really brings the tank to life! I hate how so many tank decorations look cheesy and the color is tacky, not with these! Beautiful and great texture! My Betta loves it! I trimmed down the pieces a bit to fit in my 3.5 gallon tank.

Four stars for getting two plants, quality, and the fact they are betta safe.I loved the way these looked in my betta tank. I try to change up the decor in my tank when I do water changes every week to keep things interesting for my fish. The dark purple plant is a soft plastic, but soft enough that it won't damage your betta's fins. This one is really easy to clean as it's simply plastic. The other one is made of a soft silk and plastic and this one is significantly more difficult to clean. My tank is only a few months old and my city has notoriously bad water, so even with weekly water changes I'm battling diatoms/brown algae right now. The silk plant only lasted through two weeks. It would look great if you don't have a brown algae problem/your tank is more established, but it's just too difficult to clean the brown algae off this as the material of that one is just so delicate. I'd definitely consider repurchasing it however, once my tank is more established and I am not dealing with that issue as frequently.

Vivid Color....pretty blue & purple aquarium plant decorations..sturdy anchor weight. My betta Gill enjoys swimming through the soft plants. Adds a brilliant beautiful appeal to my aquarium. Would recommend BiOrb decor to anyone wanting quality aquarium decorations. Will buy more from this company.Had other decor in tank floating to the top including small driftwood with live plant...Never had any concern using the BiOrb products.

At first this set looks so good, and brightens the tank beautifully, BUT it definitely does not last long.The blue/ purple plant is fabric, and it grows algae SUPER fast.The plant requires scrubbing (or soak in bleach solution) each water change, the scrubbing has frayed the leaves, and within 2-3 days, the algae is back.I have been using an anti-algae treatment to help, but this plant is just the worst. The last time the water was changed/ plant scrubbed was 5 days ago and it already has green leaves towards the top of the plant (as per photo taken today).It is frustrating and makes a clean tank look dirty. I have only had it 5 months, and I have just bought a replacement plant to put in now.

Looks really good in the fish tank

Nice and clean. Quality product though I need to be careful because one of the plants (pointy one) irritated my clownfish.
