Seams to have all of the correct ports and fits good, came with the hose clamps, the price and shipping were right in line.

Get what you pay for stick with oem parts
The rubber is real flimsy hard to get hoses on seemed like I was going to destroy it. Poor quality if you buy. Check the hose port mine was restricted had to get a knife out and finish trimming it out. Lasted only 6 months truck was running rough. This item failed developed a big hole in grooves dont waste your time and money.
