Nasaan si Marly? (Tagalog Edition)

NASAAN SI MARLY is a gem of a children's picture book by a Tagalog-speaking educator and family, simply and "properly" done, as in not translated from English to Tagalog. As someone who never learned to speak but can understand 90% of the language, I found myself learning a new word or two, as well as smiling at the sight of the darker-complected/Asian-looking kids in the story, characters that my children could relate to. :o)Bonus: WHERE'S SPOT is one of our family's favorite board books, and NASAAN SI MARLY is a beautiful Filipino rendition of it.Looking forward to more from Ms. Abulencia Melloh and the Singzon family! This is a wonderful children’s book that can be read by both adults and children. It’s sentences and the accompanying illustrations are teachable and can be easily spoken aloud In Tagalog. Reading it again and again helps readers be comfortable with the Tagalog language and a nice supplementary tool for beginners. Highly recommended.
