Quite helpful in relieving back pain.

This is highly disappointing, I have received defective product, one of the roller ball is broken as is shown in the picture

Good for the price.. will check for a month to see reliability.. also the materials used are little on cheaper side..motor adequate.. not very strong.. the pictures shown are not the same per say as there is no red lights for ir .. but does the job .. basically very useful device.

I purchased similar 2-3 times from amazon, the product is good but adapter with it always faulty or within 6-7 days of use something some capacitor inside always pop up and stops working. tried it 2-3 times , product is awesome but adapter is very poor quality.

I like it so much gives pain relief. It will help full to all youngsters and old people.

Side stitchihg is so weak that the rotating balls got over-run and come out of bag as evident from the attached photograph. May I request you to replace the same with new one.

I have gifted this product to my mother as on date when she open it and ready to use she call me and told that this is not workingcan u please replace this defected product
