I love this set! They arrived packed very tight in the boxes and I dropped one(about 4 ft) to the floor...to my surprise, it didn’t brake, scrape, or scratch. That made me love them even more! Great product!

I bought the 48 pc set and i have tried to contact the seller to replace a chipped plate and a chipped bowl, but nobody will respond so I will return thus set even tho I like them

I bought a set of these, the "multi blue" as well as a set of the aqua. I love the simplicity of the design, the sprayed effect and the brownish colored, natural looking rim, and the colors are great. There was only one little flaw in the very bottom of one of the light blue bowls in the multi blue set that apparently didn't quite get covered with the glaze. It is only a pin prick size and was not worth sending back and all the hassle that goes with that. Otherwise each of the rest of the dishes in both sets were unchipped, unbroken upon arrival.

There was some confusion about the shipping date, but the dishes arrived in about nine or ten days. They are beautiful. It's been thirty years since I purchased a set of dishes, and these were worth the wait. Packaging was superb. The cream is a very dark cream, not like it's pictured. I thought there may have been a mistake, but it's an acceptable color. Know if you order cream it's almost an almond or green/yellow depending on the light.

Love love love! Super sturdy and doesn’t overheat in the microwave. Haven’t noticed any chipping either, which is better than my previous dishes. Beautiful colors too.

I was disappointed it did not match the color I saw when I ordered it. Much more blue and I was after the aqua. Still a nice set of dishes though except for that so will keep them. One dinner plate had a couple little white chips and a small plate had a smudge on that doesn't come out.

All pieces show consistent quality in pattern and glazing. Food heats thoroughly in microwave, without plates getting hot; just barely warm. They also fit in the standard sized cabinets. Love the color and edge design. Utensils don’t fall off. Happy diner I am!

I have a big busy family and was hesitant if these were durable. They are!!!

I mistakenly bought thinking it was going to be a set of 16 but it was just 4. When it first came I was disappointed because I thinking I spent £20 for just 4 pieces. I asked for refund (they were very happy to do it).. but I then decided to give it a try and stay with the product and I have to tell you I don’t regret it at all. In fact if I could I would have bought the set for 16. The quality is just amazing.

The dinner sets could pass as individually handmade, I ordered one in each colour of blues and mixed and matched them. They compliment each other beautifully and apart from being a practical piece of kitchen equipment they are visually pleasing The plates are as robust as I had hoped, they were bought to be used in an army camper truck conversion and will go on many travels, I expect they will hold up on the roads.They arrived quickly and safely and overall I am delighted with them.Many thanks.

The product itself is excellent quality, the colours are exactly as pictured. Adds a nice bit of colour to the kitchen when using them. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is the poor delivery of the set. It arrived as 3 separate packages which I did not expect. 1 of them arrived after a few days. The next one a day or 2 later but the last package didn’t arrive. It was damaged apparently in shipping so they re sent out the last package. Contacted customer service on 2 occasions and they were great, got bk to me straight away and sorted the issues out. But because of the long wait, nearly 2 weeks in total and all the separate packages it was a let down.

I firstly ordered 2 sets (12 place settings in total) in the beige colour but the colour was more of greeny colour and not really beige as I was hoping for, and not quite like the picture as advertised. I emailed the supplier and their customer service was excellent. I sent photos and they agreed to exchange them for the cream colour as I asked. I returned the beige, then received cream, all at no extra charge to myself. The goods were packed so well, I had no breakages. The customer service was brilliant, and I'm now happy with my cream diner sets.
