When fully charged with a Tenergy charger both batteries read 10.3 volts.

Q: What is the voltage of these batteries .... 7.2, 8.4 or 9.6? Don't tell me they are 9 volts. It has to be a multiple of 1.2 volts.

8.4v. Tenergy answered in a duplicate subsequent question from someone else: "The nominal voltage for this battery is 8.4V. By Tenergy Corporation SELLER on May 22, 2019"
