These lights are very good they twinkle I don't like all the other motion I want twinkling lights and they are great I just hope they don't go up in price well sadly I took them out of the box plugged them in I bought about four boxes two of the boxes only half of the lights worked now I don't know what's going on but that's ridiculous and no I won't try to return them because it's a waste of my time you almost have to be an electrician yourself for the lights today they quit trying to make them eight motions I want twinkling lights. Uses as lights around my door on a timer and it works great. They don’t overheat. I have not used it with the remote, but did try the remote and it works.

These were perfect for our little outside Christmas display, but as with the incandescent lights that they are replacing, the manufacturers make all of these light sets impossible to maintain. The old mini-incandescent sets had several different bulb types and you were usually unable to find the right replacements to match your light string. The best strategy was to buy an extra set and pull bulbs from it when they died. Now we have LED bulbs that should last a lifetime, but when one goes the only replacements that you will have is from the 4 or 5 that are included with the set. Forget about buying replacements, now or in the future. If the manufacturer would put 2 of each type and color (blinking and non-blinking) in the box with the set, you would be able to keep the whole set working for years. Why do they make products that you can't repair or get replacement parts for so you have to throw things away before their useful lifespan? Crazy.

Like everything about these lights! We have these inside and I appreciate the white wiring for that reason.Bought an extra set for outside during the holidays.

These were awesome for under $10. I have them in my laundry room and leave them up all year for some extra decor.

I loved these lights, but the twinkling didn’t last. That’s the reason I purchased them. But there cure even if they don’t twinkle.
