Dead leds... QC needs work

Bad customer service. Avoid!
Item defective. 1 bulb DOA but all I got from seller is they want a picture of bulb and sorry for the inconvenience. Don't know how picture of a bulb will determine if bulb is defective. Do not buy due to bad customer.
