Well I have had this product for a year. It only lasted for a year I am having to purchase a new one do not know if I will go through the same company or not.

I fixed the recliner!
A very nice repair person said he would be happy to come fix our Fjords recliner, but it would be a while before he could fit us in the schedule. He said if we were handy we could get a motor online and do it ourselves. It was a little tricky to fit the tools or are hands into the tight space, and some of the nuts were very tight, but we did it! Tools needed were a flashlight, pliers, a screwdriver and a ratchet set. We did not remove the base, we laid the recliner on its side. Getting the locking pin out was tough, just be patient and work methodically.
