Order way larger unless you like them very tight
This is now the third one I ordered due to running really small. I'm 5'7" and 155 lbs. I don't work out. I usually take Medium, sometimes Large. Well, I've now sent back the Medium, the Large, the XL, and now am keeping the XXL. The fore arms are still skin tight and I wouldn't mind if it were a little larger, but it will work now. Quality seems good.

I bought several of this t shirts and following other reviews I ordered the biggest size. There's no way that even XXL fits a man size, quality looks good and one of them even came with a garment bag. I'll keep them because I have small grand children,they will fit them, nice color combination.I hope the manufacturer pays attention to what customers are saying and makes real man's sizes.

Little Too Small
My son wears a Medium which is what I ordered. The size that came was more like a Small. It stretches over him but almost didn’t cover his midriff.
