Not 3 bags. Price is for 1.
Misleading advertising. Gave me the impression it was 3 bags but is only 1 if you read the fine print. This was the price for 1 bag. Same product at canadian tire is $7.My bad. Wont fall for that again. Hope you dont also.

Way too expensive for 1 bag!
I find it misleading that only one bag is delivered. The assumption of 3 bags at a cost of 35 dollars was a little expensive but ONE bag for 35 is insane. I don't care what it smells like this is way overpriced.

Great Smoking Chips once you figure out how to use them
We bought these to use with our first backyard bbq gas grill. Best to NOT wet them if you want the smoke to start quicker, otherwise you will be waiting and waiting for quite a long time before you get any smoke (we goofed on the first try we tried wetting the wood chips as it said on the bag). We then watched a couple of youtube videos on how to best utilize smoking chips like these. The best way is to take a large rectangle piece of aluminum foil, fold it in half, then roll and crimp the left & right sides tightly to form a pouch/packet. Add in a good amount of DRY smoking chips, and then roll in and crimp the top of the pouch fully closed. Poke just one small hole in the very center of the packet and put it directly over the bbq grill flames face-up. Close the lid and let it all heat up and you'll get a nice apple & rum scented smoke. The only thing that would of made these better, is a better value with more quantity - the bag is quite small so we had to buy 2 packs of these smoking wood chips so hopefully they will last us a while.

Good amount, tastes great, could cost less
Great flavour, bag was a lot bigger than picture looks..although it already stated the weight, I guess amount and size are related for my monkey brain, but to be fair these are wood chips not compressed, so there should be lots of volume as well..so I am now a pleased brain monkey. Looks like it should last 4-10 bbq's based on how much I fill my smoker. Should cost less for a bag of chips left over from wood manufacturing, I don't see producers felling hickory trees just for the smoker..thank God, so how about charging a little less. However, the product is 5 stars.

Not as expected
Ordered as a gift. Expected a set of 3, my bad for not reading closely. Not worth the price to pay, too small a bag. So many other places I could of purchased this product with way more and far cheaper. Oh well.
