Got these to put on certain power tools to help train myself to make straighter cuts, drill level screw holes, etc.. They are small, which I wanted but the vibration and movement of my tools makes it difficult to see the bubble or use it to determine when the tool is level. Also, I installed these on three tools. On each, I cleaned the area with 91% ethyl alcohol twice to remove any dirt and grease before sticking them to flat surfaces on the tools. In each case, after several days of use, the bubbles popped off. It was a lot to expect them to stick to strongly vibrating rubber.

If you use these peel and stick bubbles, they only work well on flat, smooth surfaces. The adhesive is just double sided tape and they can't stick to even the smallest rough surface, tool or anything else.
