Q: What is the width in inches of each size from small to Large?

The width of all the sizes is the same at about 1/2". The length smallest being blue is 5" purple 7" orange 8 1/2" green 11" and pink 13 1/2". Hope this helps ~

Q: Are theses air thight to the point to hold vacum in a bag? My vacum sealer is having troble to seal the bags.

They are not absolutely air tight, but they do seal bags so easily and well that I am buying more and also giving some to friends. If you squeeze a sealed bag, you can push out air very slowly, but in practice things stay crisp and fresh.

Q: Can someone please demonstrate or remind me how these work?

Fold the top of the bag down about 2-3" making sure there are no wrinkles. Slip the tab side into the fold and slide. I use on almost every bag type. Works perfectly.

The clips that are in the picture come in one pack as follows 2 blue, 3 purple, 3 orange, 3 lime green, and 1 pink = 12.
