Bachmann Trains - SCENE SCAPES - 5"- 6" CEDAR TREES (6 per box) - HO Scale

My big brother had these with his trains, 45 years later, I tore these apart!! As a mixed media artist, I got this box and used one as a basic Christmas Tree for my 1/12th scale house. I cut "branches" from the others to "Airplane Glue" to it to create a realistic Christmas Tree. The scale of the branch is the closest I could find.Okay, I painted over the glue, but mostly because I wanted a more 'Christmas Tree' colour and, as an artist, I needed that certain 'look'.These did the trick. I glued the base of the tallest into an olive oil cap to get the height, cut the branches from the others to glue on.I used wire, beads, sequins, scrapbook confetti, etc...(all from amazon), to make the ornaments...beautiful!!They came with other things, shipped real quick.

For my son's 4th birthday, we are suspending a train set around his room. Initially, I planned to draw mountains and trees around his room; but I do not have the time for such a project. When I found these trees, I fell in love with them and I purchased different shapes and sizes. They look wonderful in my design and I plan to get some more.

These are very life like and you can't beat the price. I have looked for many trees for my daughter to play with her animals and they are all so expensive but these are not only cheaper in price but look more real too.

These are perfect for my new HO layout. I started with a Woodland Scenics Kit which provided deciduous tree armatures but the area I a depicting is mostly one of evergreen trees

These are great looking trees, I just wish they had more than 6 for the price . I placed them on my train layout and they really added to it.
