Started playing after many years hiatus
Purchased this guitar as gateway back into playing. The sound is very rich, and after the strings stretched out, holds a tune remarkably well. It's easy to play, which is very important, and there's very little buzz, so it means that the action is quite easy and well set up for me. Very highly rated as a starter guitar. Very happy with my purchase.

It’s a great guitar
I found it very easy to play. The stock replacement strings leave something to be desired. I replaced them with better string after a day. Big difference. I hang mine on the wall so I have a humidifier (now) . Went from re-tuning every day to about every week to 2. Can’t stress enough, get better strings and humidify. Oiling the bridge is defiantly a must. My neck and bridge were in dire need

Missing Items, Wrong Case
I ordered the hard case option, they sent a soft case.Did not come with tuner as mentioned.Honestly, the guitar is great, no issues there. It sounds good, and plays nice. I didn’t experience any of the downsides that other people said in their reviews. However, when you pay $350+ for something, you expect to get what you paid for.I understand honest mistakes happen, but I am still disappointed. I will be asking for a refund or for them to send the rest of the missing items. If this does not happen, I will be returning the guitar and taking my business somewhere else.
