I was surprised to see the box wasn't as big n bulky as i expected. Im very pleased with it. Its deep enough to hold 15+ depending on size plus bottles on top of bottles. For those who asked about methadone bottles well it can hold at least 15 +15 on top of them if not more. The best features are the lock n strap. Its not a rinky dink little key,its a regular key,with a great strudy lock. I also love that it comes with a strap n u can carry it over or around your shoulder n don't have to carry it with ur hand. I strongly suggest buying this box. Its DEFINETLY one of the best boxes your going to buy n at a reasonable price. You will have piece of mind knowing ur meds r secure n safe. If for some reason u need more protection n xtra piece of mind n maybe living with someone in active addiction then I suggest buying a chain n wrapping it around the box n locking with a pad lock. I am very impressed with this medicine box. It holds alot and the quality is very good. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! I got the small size and probably could have got the next size up but it works perfectly for now. Please get this!!

I have a 4 year daughter with a severe medical condition and she is taking 6+ meds two times a day. This box works great to keep all of her meds in one place. It allows me to store her meds in one location. Before this I was storing her daily meds in a small plastic bucket. The only down side, that would have gotten 5 stars is that I can't use the tray because some of her medicine bottles are too tall...
