It’s definitely sweat free, if the ice pack ever tears you can replace it with any other one. It LASTS years of children abuse. The best ever, get it. Child can’t chew through it either.

Leaking and sweating
Inside ice pack itself leaks. Very disappointing!

Great for a kid’s lunch box
I’ve bought these a few times. They are sweatproof for sure, but my young one likes to remove the interior ice pack and looses them. It’s ice pack is enclosed by Velcro. It fits perfectly inside the zipper compartment of her Pottery Barn Lunchbox.
