Struts make rattling and squeaky noises, will even damage your car
Definitely not a "OEM Design Direct Fit" as the product description says. I ordered a pair of struts and sway bar links for my Pontiac G6 at around 100 000 miles. Comparing to the old OEM Delco set: - DA struts are heavier, which is not a good thing for any moving parts on a car - will damage the plastics around the wheel because (see photo): - the DA lower strut plate is larger in diameter - the sway bar links are larger - a brand new DA struts rattle when turning the steering wheel (see video), squeak when riding over a bump - despite what the brand name suggests, Detroit Axle struts are made in China (missing from the product description)Overall ride felt worse than on the 100 000 mile old Delcos. I swapped them back for the old struts and shipped the brand new set back Detroit Axle for a refund. Ordered a more expensive OEM Delco set instead. I wasted 4h (2 + 2h) of work on this task already, and 2h more will be spent when the new Delco set arrives. If you like your car and value your time, go for the OEM Delco parts instead.

Horrible quality springs
5000 miles on these, and the spring on the right side broke/snapped in half... install and ride on at your own risk, poor quality. My Wife babies her car, 2009 Malibu. She was backing out of the driveway and we heard a loud snapping noise as she turned the steering wheel... Had the car towed, mechanic was shocked to see the right side strut spring was snapped in half. Not good!!

Makes the car have a goofy high front stance
Overall good parts would be 5 stars but the springs in the shock assembly are too stiff and/or tall. This added about 2 inches of "suspension lift" to the front of the car. Makes the ride look realllllly goofy. i.e. High in the front low in the back. I kind of like the the stiffer "sporty" feel of the ride but Detroit axle should know to make the springs shorter to compensate for the lack of compression under the weight of car..... especially since this product isn't advertised as having a higher spring rate. Other than that they were cheap and of acceptable quality. I put them into my old beater so the goofy ride doesn't bug me enough to take them back out and replace them, but if you have a nice vehicle you might want to go elsewhere.

THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!!!!
It is obe of the worst products I've ever bought in my life! The BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!!! The strust make squeaky noises and they are not the right fit. They are taller than the original ones so the car looks higher on the front which is not too bad but it's still not right!! The other parts are all heavier then que original ones and the quality is very poor. I took my chances and i played the price i hope you take my advice, don't want your time and money on this worthless product!!!

Do not buy!!!!
They should stop selling this part. I had to replace the sway three weeks and needed to replace the strut, I didn't get a chance to replace them because the right strut snapped off while I driving on the highway causing me to spin out and but the median. Keep in mind I bought these struts in February and I only drive 2000 miles a year.
