Wow are these a great addition to certain stir fry dishes. Soaking take maybe 5 minutes. They have a crisp bite (texture) and have a wonderful sweet flavor with a hint of Daikon Radish. Will be on my Asian Pantry shelves all the time!

A High Quality Product
I like my Daikon fresh, but it is not always available at the grocery store. The ROM America dried daikon reconstitutes well, has excellent texture and color, is full of flavor, and stores well. I can always keep the product on hand to use when I need it most.

It works!
My wife cooks uses the dried radish along with burdock to make a tea (Amazon sells both). This combo is very good for lowering blood sugar and tastes good too.

I got a brown one
It seems some of us get a package of brown strips sometimes. I was that person this time. The unopened package even smelled off. No returns on something like this so I guess I'll have to either forget it or order another and hope I get a good one.I threw that smelly thing away.
