First, let me say the lights are great and the fog is terrific. But the reservoir is tiny (12 oz) and there's no safety to turn off the pump when the reservoir runs dry. Also, be aware that that if you have the bottom "auto" switch on it will still continue to put out fog *even if you turn off the fog using the remote*!I turned off the LED lights and the fog via remote, to let it cool and went inside. A few hours later I go out to collect the machine and it's making a horrible racket. The pump was running! Dry. (The machine only holds a few ounces of liquid; be aware of this.) No telling how long it had been running dry since the reservoir was nearly full when I left it - I'd let it fog 2-3 times as a test before turning it off via remote. As soon as I discovered this, I unplugged it immediately and felt the machine; it was quite hot. I added distilled water and turned it back on to get water into the pump and clear out the lines as needed. However, I fully expect that the pump will be shot. And if not, its lifespan has been *severely* reduced.This really needs to have a safety shut-off for the pump if the reservoir is dry, and the remote control should shut off the fog despite the second 'auto' switch.

The machine puts out great fog, the remote just doesn't work well enough to be trusted! Used it for a New Years party and I couldn't turn the fog off after I turned it on with the remote! It filled the entire bowling alley with fog! Been trying to communicate this to seller but I'm tired of jumping through the Amazon hoops...

This machine produce a conciderable amount of smoke in a short time however, the fog liquid container is too small and so it may run out quickly if using continuously.The lights function it's very good for my needs however, I like to point out that if you are planing to use diferent lights and control them via remote control, (No DMX), you may have some issues controlling all of then without having sone unwanted result because, this machine remote operates on the same frequency of my KisMee (36x1W) LED UP Lights.

***Update***(Stopped working within the first 30 minutes of use.)After having issues with my digger and leaving the above review, the seller immediately contacted me and resolved my issues. 5star service from the seller!!

The fogger itself fogs up great! The remote worked great the first time I used it. Turned on the fogger the 2nd time, and the remote doesn't work. I can see the light on the transmitter, and I swapped a new battery in, but I can't turn on the LEDs or the fog with the remote. It's like it lost it's link after the first use. Certainly unhappy because the LED FX were great, but now I can't use them at all. So, fogger seems good, remote bad, which makes it useless in some ways.
