The delivered safe had an issue, and they replaced the safe both quickly and seamlessly. The dial/lock setup is a bit lax on precision, but not a deal breaker. Does not come with wall flange mounted, you have to install with self-tapping screws. Requires an elevated "perch" or mount for this to sit on top.
