Why package damaged gifts amazon
I have purchased 2 of the sets as christmas gifts , yes the contents look nice , but yet again Amazon warehouse have sent out 2 badly damaged boxes , it didn’t happen on route as the outer box was perfect, really furious , it’s happening too many times , my time spent returning i dare not ask for replacement air i may be back to square one,

Box , creased, torn and in poor condition.
Great gift very well priced but bought as a gift and the box came squashed, split and quite creased. This make it look cheap and 2nd hand. Its quite damaged. Would like a replacement really. Too embarrassed to use as a gift!

Makes a great present
Brought as a Christmas present. I have brought Nivea products before and have not been disappointed. I have sensitive skin and don't seem to have a problem with Nivea. I think this set makes a great present and is good value.
