Nothing goes together as it should, the head unit doesn’t fit the dash installation kit, the head unit is damaged and parts of the LED screen are out. Says that handlebar controls are supposed to be plug n play but do not work properly can only turn volume up but not down or change songs or stations. Now I’m struggling to get a refund and I do not recommend buying these items

Radio was easy to install and sounds great whit the polk db522 speakers we installed with it

The install kit needed to be trimmed to even fit the head unit, it only connects to Apple phones which sucks for us Android users eventhough it supposedly can be used with our phones, the handle bar interface module is plug and play module but yet requires programming which only takes about 20 minutes to do IF YOU CAN FIGURE IT OUT, over all yes you get a radio for your touring bike but if I could go back and do it all over again I would have looked for a different setup.

First: they are out of remotes. This unit is for a motorcycle and when it is mounted with supplied weatherproofing the controls are not accessible without the remote. They sold this per their listing as having a remote. The interface that is provided reguires at least 40 splices. I spent three hours trying to get this to work before discovering that it did not have the remote! I am very unhappy with this product!

Its not plug and play.and I'm not able to get the handle bar control module to function.

DID NOT WORK IN MY 2007 ROADGLIDE NOT PLUG AND PLAY HAD TO BRAKE IN TO STOCK WIRING AND SPLICE WIRES... THREW IN TRASH AND BOUGHT ONE THAT IS PLUG AND PLAY..

No remote!
