Q: ow are these markers compared to the Ohuhu brand?

They are both great marker sets. The Ohuhu bush tip is what helps blend the ink better than just a chisel or broad tip found on the touch twin markers. I would get the Ohuhu brush too to be honest. But If you have the money, it would be a bad thing to invest in both brands. But but but go for brush tips cause they blend better ok.

Yes, of course. They are made of environmental material which is friendly to children

Q: Do these markers have an odor? I have purchased some in the past, different company and they smelled horrible,buying them for my young daughter.

I'm extremely sensitive to odors, but I haven't been bothered by these markers. You have to hold them to your nose to notice the scent of alcohol, which is pretty mild. I would think these would be good for a child.

Q: It's my daughters best friends birthday and she is very artistic. I would love to buy her copic markers! Are these quality?

Well, I bought these for my Niece as well. She wanted them as part of her 10th Birthday gift too. She loves to Draw and Color. She was very happy with these. They have two different point size. One for finer lines, the other thicker, good for filling space in. She really like the design of it because it doesn’t Roll Off the table when she puts them down. And it has its own case to put them away, when she’s done. Parents really like that part too!! Lol Hope this helps.
