I bought these in 18-24 mo and then a pair in neutral in 12-18 months because my daughter is on the skinny side. The ones sized 12-18 were actually bigger than the 18-24 month size, and they are not going to fit my 18 month old for long. I emailed kicky pants and they did not respond. I would say, order a size up. My daughter is not chunky, and I could have gone to 2T. They are nice and stretchy.
