These are the ingredients in the shampoo and pretty much the same in conditioner. Hope this helps. Q: Will this work on virgin blonde hair?

Too many variables to definitively answer: jar or soft water; using as only shampoo or in concert with another; hair dry or oily or normal. Would use very small amount as second wash following the usual washing; allow to remain on hair no more than 5 minutes and work from there to desired result: or consult a licensed hairstylist.
