ordered the 19inch one and got one very small and off color. :(

This is so adorable and so soft. It is also so small. I checked the dimensions and the photos after I received it and it was nothing as described. If I had known how incredibly small it is. I would not have paid that much for it. It is very very soft, and very squishy. I just have no real use for it. It’s too small for me to use, my toddler to use or even the cats.

I was skeptical about the product due to all the poor reviews, but I bought the cheapest and smallest one and honestly, I love the way it feels. The size is exactly as shown and the quality seems good. It comes vacuum packed so it takes a little bit of shaping to get some of the lumps out. I ordered the three different colors and all were of comparable quality. Very soft and huggable. They easily bend in the middle, which is expected. They are pretty stiff when held upright though, so I received three cats with a good amount of stuffing.All in all, they are extremely adorable! I gave two away as a gift and both were received with lots of enthusiasm. They are hard to put down.

I bought this item specifically to help support my neck. It is the perfect size- not too fat - to fit in the specific niche where my head meets my spine.Having degenerative disc disease, I needed soft support that wasn’t too big for the job. This is perfect! It is also very cute and soft, and it cheers me up!The package comes flat, so when you open it, the item expands with air. Doesn’t have any weird smell, and well made: there is a zipper by the head if you want to add stuffing.Thank you for this quality item! I am very pleased!
