Playstation Move Navigation Controller

Q: Will this work with the PS4 ?

The Move controllers will work. I know for sure they do for the VR. I got a set off Amazon including a Game and A Charging dock for 40bucks,almost new. However this navigation product, Will work on the PS4 but not the VR itself. ...lol,i just realized this is a old question

Q: I don't understand the difference between the "PS3 Motion Controller" and "PS3 Navigation Controller" --When would you use one over the other?

The Motion controller is more or less the PS3's equivalent to a Wii Remote since it's the main peripheral aside from the Playstation Eye that's required for all PSMove games. That makes the Navigation Controller the PS3's Nunchuck since it's a largely optional side-peripheral that's only used in conjunction with the motion controller/remote for movement (Notably in Resistance and Killzone 3's PSMove modes) or additional off-hand motions (ex. pulling the bowstring in Sports Champions' Archery or as the shield in Gladiator Combat) in most games.

Q: Can i use this by it self to play ps4 games im disabled and unable to use my left hand i was told yes but doesn't look like they're are enough buttons

Missing one symbol button assuming the move button is x. Also missing the r1 r2 and perhaps r3. And L3 if you want to play one handed perhaps the scuff pro controller or another mod type controller. But that would still not include the ability to use the second analog stick

Q: Does this come with a USB cable or do we supply our own?

Apparently, this device does not include a USB cable but I am sureAmazon has several available for purchase. Thank you for your inquiry.
