This book is terrible!!! As if a junior high student wrote it and added pictures just for filler pages. Don’t waste your money.

Good information that you hope you never need. Pretty expensive for a thin paperback and photo quality is poor.

Great book and a good deal. This comes up on Amazon website as a PROBLEM and I don't know why. There is no problem.

Illustrations were blurry and distorted so much so that the book looked like it was a copy of a copy of the original book. There should have been a DVD for the price I paid for it.

Text is so large you could have made this over priced pamphlet with half the pages.The pictures are complete trash that you can't even use! Over all I purchased this for quick ideas like throw dirt in eyes. For the amateur fighter that is the best info that's nit even in the book or pamphlet. At $39 they have no morals!Find online read for free.Came from hardened military family with two achieving high command SGT Major!
