Really great, affordable replacement Joy-Cons
I got these to replace the Joy-Cons that came with my Switch, which had thumbstick problems, and I'm glad I did. They're comfortable, they work better than the ones the console came with. They connected without any fuss, I just clicked them in and the console recognized them, so there was no work involved in setting them up. I did run through the calibration settings of the console to see if they needed to be fixed, and they didn't - it was set up correctly in the factory, which I really appreciated.I went out and tested them, and was very happy with the results. The buttons were all responsive, the gyroscope worked great. I ran some races in Mario Kart using only the motion controls, and I won almost all of my races, so if that doesn't tell you that they work well, I don't know what will. The only thing I was surprised about: they're a little thicker than the standard Joy Cons, so they don't fit in the controller adapter that came with the console. That's a minor letdown, but doesn't make me regret buying them. They work extremely well in the console, and detached, but don't count on using that adapter or other accessories that might require a tight fit.The extra thickness is small, but helps with ergonomics. The original controllers were so small, my hands would fall asleep, but with these, I can play much longer without fatigue. They aren't as heavy, but they are solid, and the build quality is good. I'm glad they come with extra slide-on wrist straps, too.I definitely recommend buying this. The quality is good, the feel is perfect, and the price is much better than Nintendo's.

Trash.
DO NOT PURCHASE THESE! They are a waste of money! The green (right) controller doesn’t vibrate, and the yellow (left) controller has something broken that moves around when it vibrates.UPDATE:I requested replacements, and sent back the others. Now with my NEW ones, the yellow (left) doesn’t hold a battery charge.Just order from the Nintendo website.

Feel better than Nintendo's Joy cons - EDIT: UPDATE
I am surprised at the quality of these Joy Cons. They even feel a bit sturdier than Nintendo's. They came almost fully charged and immediately paired with my Switch without any hassle. Everything works fantastic though I haven't tested any of those Amiibos on these controllers. It has been 2 weeks since I received them and so far there have been no issues.UPDATE: I purchased these joy cons back in May 2021 after having had read many positive reviews and I even gave them a 5 star rating. Now then, sometime in late August (only 3 months after purchase) I started experiencing the infamous joy-con drift (no, this is not some popular dance move either). It started as usual - with the left con drifting and now both drift. The drift is not as extreme as Nintendo's however, it is still frustrating. So, what is really causing the drift issue, the controllers of the Switch itself? Regardless, I lowered the star rating down to 2. Blasted shame.

You get what you pay for
I purchased these based on the reviews being fairly positive, despite being skeptical because of the price being less than half of the official Nintendo version. They worked well for about 5 days, then they constantly lost remote connection to the switch (connected to the tablet worked just fine). Then the right side controller started buzzing nonstop no matter what game was being played or adjustment of the settings. After about two weeks the left controller would not connect at all - either remotely or attached to the tablet. Returning them and just biting the bullet on the official Nintendo units...

Goes Downhill quickly after purchase
UPDATE 10/20/21 - These controller went downhill fast. After only 4 months, the left controller thumbstick doesn't stop a character from moving when letting go of it. The right controller vibrates THE ENTIRE TIME a game is played with it. The controllers can only charge on the Switch. I bought an aftermarket charger for the controllers and these don't work charge on it (charger always thinks they are already fully charged. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this product.Original review: 95% of the time these controllers function the same as my original joycon controllers. They are a little harder to dock on the sides of the console, but they feel good once they are there. As others had said, they don't fit into switch accessories due to the bulge on the back. This wasn't an issue for me as I just 3D printed a controller mount that these easily slid into. The other 5% is when a game requires HD Rumble, which is not supported by these controllers (they only have dual vibration). It makes Super Mario Party minigames like Nutcase completely impossible. Even with this setback, I would still recommend them since HD rumble only comes into play a handful of times.

Left side broke with in 2 weeks of minimal play
The left side stopped working within two weeks of receiving it. It's was used for maybe 4 hours total over 2weeks and then refused to come on. Assuming it's some sort of charging issue but it's still frustratingPlus bc they have the bump on the bottom they do NOT work with any joy con accessories which I was willing to overlook before they brokeBut I will be buying different ones to replace these for that reason as well 🤷Really hoped to have better luck with joy con knockoffs so we didn't need to spend so much for the real thing but maybe they cost more for a reason 🤷

Bubble Butt
Work as expected. Just be aware they do flare/bulge at one end, so getting them on the “holder” that came with the switch is tough. Felt like I was gonna break them when I forced them down. They did fit and work though.

Terrible!!
None of the buttons work unless you click them very forcefully, so you end up clicking 2-3 times before it even registers. Horrible shape and uncomfortable to hold. Left joy in started to drift same day I got it. Also the buttons make a horribly loud noise when pressed that gets very annoying very fast. Huge waste of money.

great deal for replacement joycons
Very pleased with these controllers. They look exactly like the picture. I've had them for about a week and they're pretty comfortable to hold and work perfectly. They don't fit into the comfort grip as expected and the buttons are a little bit stiff to press, which isn't really a problem unless you have to frequently press buttons in rapid succession.Be careful when sliding the wrist strap onto the joycon because you need to use a bit of strength to slide them on and they're made from cheap plastic so the edges are quite sharp. Still, all in all, not a major issue. I just don't use the strap any more.*EDIT*I just noticed two small cracks in the plastic shell of the left controller. I've never dropped the controllers or impacted them in any way, so I assume they must have been there upon arrival. They're also starting to lose charge quite quickly, which is rather unfortunate...

Works great
Arrived super quick. Worked with no issues right out of the box.

My experience
The first day out of the box I charged them and they worked perfectly fine, after I drained the battery and left it charging over night the respond became delayed where it was noticeable but not horrible. The following day the controllers seemed unresponsive but it was because the delay was so long that I can move the joystick around and press buttons and stop, set it down and wait a little and soon after my character will do what I just input. I thought maybe it’s because the batteries were low so I charged them and tried again with the same result. I returned the controllers within a week.

Not the "ideal" replacement controller IMO
Depending what you are looking for, this could be the product for you. Let's start with the pros: pairs easy with switch, just as comfortable to hold as factory joy cons that came with your switch. Cons: my left joy con analog will sometimes drift, once I disconnect and reconnect, it works normal. This will NOT is not compatible with accessories such as comfort grips (after market and the one that came with the system), and steering wheels. The controller on the one end is a big bigger in diameter compared to the original joy cons causing it not to fit into comfort grip or steering wheel. The part that "slides" into comfort grip as well as the switch itself is a bit bulkier as well, it is very snug when sliding into the switch, I was worried at first I might break something when sliding it in to charge, but it was ok. All in all, if you are looking to save some money to get a couple controllers, have at it, if you have additional accessories or cases for your stuff, I would search else where. Not sure if any third party controllers are compatible with this stuff, but I know these controllers are not.

My grandson thinks they are awesome he is 3...lol
They don't slide into the switch control holder because of this bump in the back...they do have rumble and u can shake them to activate moves...like switch users and so on..they got stuck when putting on the wrist strap and take a good yank to get them off to charge was scared it would break but they didn't...we have chosen not to attach to the switch and charge them on a seporite charger... they don't have a nfc reader...but my grandson loves them and we prefer if he plays with these.
