Squeaky
Love the chair has great comfort and support but I'm disappointed with having it less then a month it is already creaking and squeaking anytime I move. Hopefully I can find a way to resolve it as it gets a bit annoying. For 500 plus dollar chair you would think that wouldn't be a issue

be careful TPP is not authorized seller of MAVIX
My Mavix M5 chair was delivered with a damaged headrest. I filled out my warranty info at Mavix.com and requested a replacement of only the headrest. They tell me that since I did not purchase my chair from an authorized seller, they would not replace the damaged headrest under their warranty. They also told me that their warranty would be VOID since I purchased from an unauthorized seller TTP-Retail. Amazon did not make it clear this would happen when I placed the order nor was it clear I was purchasing from TTP-retail. Therefore, if you purchase a Mavix chairs from AMAZON, TTP-Retail / TPP-shipping and etc. you will not be able to return a defective part or have the standard Mavix warranty. I think the chair is great buy feel Mavix and or TTP is doing something illegal, I would purchase this chair again but not through AMAZON/TTP. My overall rating is low due to this issue.

Good chair but too expensive
555 is so arbitrary, just a trendy way to charge more. Worth 3 or 4. Regardless it is a good chair.

Not recommended at this price
Had to return it because of missing screws for headrest. It is not something affordable to all. Lookout for other chairs.
