CleanMate QQ6 Robotic Vacuum Cleaner with Remote Control, Smart Scheduler, Drop and Obstacle Sensor, Multi-Pattern Cleaning, and Self-Charging for Carpet and Hard Floor

I purchased this product after seeing several good reviews. Unfortunately, the scheduling feature never worked for me, so I always had to manually turn the vacuum on (instead of having it run on a schedule). I didn't think that was a huge deal, so I brushed it off. The vacuum picked up dog fur pretty well for the 12-15 days it actually worked. Even after emptying it after each use and keeping it charged, the vacuum started acting strangely after only a couple of weeks.For example, when the battery got low or I tried to send it back to the charging station via the remote, the vacuum started spinning around in circles and would not go back to the charging station. I even tried to pick it up and put it back on the charger, but it just started spinning around in circles again and started running into the wall/furniture. I finally got it to stay on the charger, but I stopped using it for a couple of days. Then yesterday I attempted to turn the vacuum on, and it was completely dead...I received the vacuum on Nov. 2, so my return window expired on Dec. 2. I would never advise anyone to buy this product!! A nearly $300 vacuum should not completely die in only a month.

I was a little skeptical that a robot vacuum could do a very good job but I was willing to try. It is just as good as the expensive brand. Like everything else electronic there is a little programing to do. Very easy step by step instructions. Something anyone can do. It runs manually or on program that you set. Whichever you prefer. I have a Dachshund that sheds and it a great job on picking up the dog hair. Especially on the hardwood floors. So far I would say it's a very very good product

short battery life and anti-collision ultrasound frequency gave family headaches.....switched to another brand with longer battery life, more quiet and infrared collision sensors instead of ultrasound

I have named QQ6 "Rosie"! She is great. She does an excellent job getting the dog hair from our wood floors. I love her so much that I am going to purchase one for my niece as a Christmas gift.I was astonished to see how she refrains from bumping into things.Thanks for a great product!

I was really pleased with this at first, we have wood and tile floors and it did a good job. But 7 days after the 30 day return window closed it crapped out. I have an error code e2 (charging error) and it will not power up. Nothing I've tried will fix it and the manual is little help.

The vacuum itself works fairly well on all the surfaces of my home. The downfall of it, it'll never find the charging station. I've tried multiple scenarios in different rooms, still no luck. I've moved the charging dock throughout all the rooms in the most accessible places. I've even placed the vacuum directly in front of the dock and hit the home button. It searches the whole room and circles the place trying find a place to charge, when it was only a foot away. It will just keep rolling by it, until the battery dies out. The hardest part of the system is finding where the little guy went and died, which could be anywhere, then picking it up and placing it on the dock yourself to charge.

Dog hair pick up okay, hard wood floors. Works good. Surface dirt on the carpet most. It only goes about ten feet from the home. Took five people to program, but now cleans a ten by ten foot area on Saturday at nine.

I returned the first one because it would not work no the second one will not work and it's just past my 30-day return window piece of crap
