I've never returned a product that I've bought on Amazon; typically I just chalk it up as a loss and a learning experience, however, this product is so useless I felt as though I had no choice.First, they don't work and that's assuming you can even get them to sit in your mouth. Perhaps I was doing something wrong when trying to put them in, but there was no way of knowing because there's no instructions. It comes in three pieces, with two of them supposed to be some rubber pads that rest on your teeth, but they don't connect properly to the plastic they're supposed to hold. It literally falls apart in your mouth.If you're reading this, just pass and get something else...its horrible.
