THIS BOOK IS WELL WORTH THE AMAZON HALF PRICE AND HAS A SPECTACULAR SELECTION OF DRAWINGS BY PERINO DEL VAGA ,REMBRANDT,DURER, RUBENS, TINTORETTO ,DE GHEYN,ANDREA DEL SARTO, LEONARDO DA VINCI,SNYDERS AND MICHELANGELO.I WAS PLEASED WIITH THE SELECTION BECAUSE SOME I HAD,NT SEEN BEFORE.BUT THEN THE MODERN DRAWINGS WERE SO BAD IN COMPARISON .THE NEW STUDENT OF DRAWING WILL LEARN ALMOST NOTHING FROM AUERBACH ,HILTON,DOIG,WHITEREAD, WILLATS ,PAOLOZZI,MARTIN ,EMIN,ANASTASI ,HEATH,BASELITZ,LANDY,KLINE,KENTRIDGE,MEHRETU AND SO ON. IT WAS A PITY THAT THIS JUNK WAS INCLUDED AND FORTUNATELY NOT MORE THAN 30 WERE REPRODUCED. IN THE BOOK.I COULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT ALL THE DEFINITIONS OF DRAWING BY OUR WORTHIES AS WELL.
