I read a lot of the charcoal reviews before purchasing this facewash. It seemed for some people it worked wonders and for others it made their face break out. It made my face break out directly after the first use. My face is generally clear and the breakouts were random, not like I had already had a sign of pimple and it worsened, it came from nowhere. Lots of people will tell you that your skin is getting rid of the clogged pores and that this is "the face wash working" which can happen. However if that does happen the breakout will be a small white head, not a cystic pimple. If you get cystic pimples after using I would stop use. I personally may try to use it on my chest and back to see if it helps but will not put it back on my face.

Absolutely crap. Left my face burning and caused so many breakouts. Had to call Biore itself to get a refund/replacement. Not worth it at all.
