Arrived with white enamel chipped off
Unboxed the product and found a large chip in the white enamel. Disappointed in the quality. Returned.

Hot stuff
Great everyday pan for family dinners, works great on the stove and looks beautiful on the table. Nothing sticks to that ceramic coating, is is very easy to clean. The pan is about 12 inches on top, 10” on bottom and 3” deep. It is all cast aluminum, the handles will be as hot as the pan

Cast Iron rim comes off on potholders/hands
I agree with most of the reviews. It's lightweight, looks nice, cooks well both on the top of the stove and in the oven; however, yesterday I got the pot out of the oven and noticed black smudges on my pot holders. Checking further, I noticed that the pot has a cast iron rim around the top - just fraction of an inch. I thought it was just decoration. It's the cast iron coming off. I've washed it in the dishwasher and once by hand. Still doing the same thing. Concerned if it's food safe now. Is this normal?
