Product is fit for purpose just not what I needed it for used the shower tray plumber said it was hard to get level but not impossible as was a bit of play in it but this is now installed fine and looks nice, I was unable to use the screens as not suitable for my setup, the reason for 3 star review was the customer service, I called the company took 2 hours to get through this was 9am on Wednesday morning got told I needed to speak to special "amazon department " they tried to pass me through but they were not accepting calls, said they would get someone to call me back that morning, it's now Sunday and I have not heard anything. Phone number was not free from a mobile or included in my plan so cost me £68 to add insult to injury (not companies fault).

plumber has now fitted the shower and it looks great, no more climbing over the bath for a shower

Delighted with enclosure, however, we needed a return panel to prevent splashing so contacted Better Bathrooms direct for assistance. They could not have been more helpful. Delivery within 36 hours free of charge. The carrier - Gregory's - were exceptionally helpful. Overall, a complete and highly recommended item and company.
