These are among the few protein bars that use almonds instead of peanuts to which I am allergic. They made a good snack that doesn’t affect my blood glucose in the morning. The cost difference bet weather few you can get locally and the 12 pack makes them less costly.

I really like how it has high protein content. The quality of the snack is really good. It actually tastes like a birthday cake. In my opinion you can carry it really easily. I’ll take it when I go to work. The fiber is also decent and I’m really satisfied I’d buy it again, but I’ve been Jeet so I don’t he he he

I love these protein bars, I have tried a mega ton of different kinds of protein bars and these are my favorite. They have more good flavors than bad, the texture is nice, good bar.

This is my 3rd shipment of the One bars.My 1st delivery they were so good, nice and fresh.My second delivery they were almost too hard to bite into. I called customer service and they were wonderful. They told me they would send me another shipment which I received a couple of days ago. When they arrived in the box they put ice packs in there. When I opened the box there was nothing frozen to protect the product. I had one this morning and they weren’t as stale as the others but still didn’t taste fresh. I am really disappointed with this. The packaging should be a lot better than what it is so they come to my door fresh.

Super good tasting protein bar and doesn’t have the gross artificial sweetener taste like some of them do. I’ve been eating these pretty regularly for breakfast or a snack to help meet my protein goals and the blueberry cobbler is my favorite! Not to mention the macros are also pretty great at 20g of protein for 210 calories.The bars are never stale or melted when I get them and are the perfect consistency. I’ll definitely be trying other flavors from this brand, though in my experience so far this one is the best (and one of the least expensive).

These are amazing protein bars! Love them so much. If you are watching what you eat, working out, making sure you get enough protein, or need a quick meal, these bars are great! They are high protein and low carb. They are easy to take to the gym or to travel with. We take them on the airplane and even to Italy when we knew we might need a quick meal on the go. They travel well and last indefinitely. Flavors are delicious. Try them!

Quality of product is not consistent. Some boxes the bars are soft and good. Other boxes the bars are hard and a weird orange color and do not taste good.
