Must have carrier piece
I'd highly recommend this piece for your baby carrier so you can safely start using it when your baby is young. By son still loves the carrier at 9 months so I'm very happy we started with him using this pretty much right when he was born.

Would’ve been great if I had checked weight limit.
No issues with this product. Unfortunately, I did not read that it was to be used only for babies that are less than 7 lbs and by the time I bought it my baby was past 7 lbs, therefore returned.

Great buy
Haven’t used yet. But it’s a great quality. The price was great. It is easy to put in the carrier and comfortable. Size it perfect. Looked just like the pictures. It will make my carrier adjustable for my newborn.

Still love it with limitations
I was gifted the lillebaby carrier from my baby shower and wasn’t thrilled to find out I needed to purchase an insert after reading the manual. I really think it should’ve came together. Overall, I’m glad I got the insert because newborns are so delicate and small, the insert really helped secure the baby. I wish the insert came with snaps or something but they didn’t. Luckily, it was an easy fix with Velcro so I was able to attach it together as one piece. This carrier is great and it’s one of my favorite gifts from the baby shower.

Must have for infants!
I love this pillow! My newborn couldn’t use the carrier without it. It fits perfectly inside the carrier. Easy to fit, stable, comfortable for babies legs and hip position! The only thing I WISH it had was Velcro or something to fully secure it - otherwise the flap is just tucked in! It won’t fall out or anything it’d just be easier to put baby In/on it if it did have something like that! But 10/10 I’d highly recommend!

Perfect fit for baby
The goal of carrying is to have baby at kissable height and this does just that. I just wish it snapped in place or something.

Kind of ridiculous that this is not included in the almost 90$ baby carrier. But it does exactly as it needs and it was delivered fast
