Deceptive! Looks like decent specs for the money BUT it is the most faulty computer Ive ever owned
It seems to have pretty good specs for the price, however I have had multiple problems with it. 1. The RGB lights in the tower do not work. 2. Some websites such as yahoo and facebook have been malfunctioning which never happened with my old computer and immediately started when I used this computer. 3. Call of Duty crashes regularly and then the whole computer right behind it. I have to hard restart it EVERYTIME. 4. the click and drag to select items on my desktop is faulty and doesnt look right. 5. I had to defrag it after 3 weeks of use and it cleared 32 GB! not normal for a brand new computer. 6. For some reason Skytech prevents you from from changing the location settings. It says that "This is not allowed by your organization" Theres no way to go about fixing it.Do not buy. Spend an extra 100$ and you'll be way more pleased. My 4 year old rig with a RTX 1660 is functioning better than this rig with a 3060TiEDIT: When I unplugged a usb dongle on the front usb slot it shut of the computer two times in a row.PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT IS NOT A DRUABLE OR EFFECTIVE GAMING PC OR REGULAR PC FOR THAT MATTEROverall I am very disappointed. 0/10

No Tech Support
Bought this PC for daughters birthday, wrapped it up and when she opened it and we hooked it up the PC would not show any display. Went through the checklist of trouble shooting and when I did all the checklist instructions the last instruction was to call 1 800 number for technical support. But to my dismay it was closed until 9 AM Pacific time. I live on the East coast and my daughter lives 1 and a half hours away from me. So I had to go out and purchase a PC from a store because of course I wasn't going to send my child home without her birthday gift. Very disappointing to buy a 1300 dollar PC and it not work and even worse not have a 24/7 technical support phone number. It was a Saturday when my ex wife drove 130 miles to my house for the party. So having to wait until Monday noon my time just to get any help was out of the question. Did get her a similar PC but now have to wait however long for a refund back to my card and had to pay for the new PC also. Bad experience to say the least.

Solid FPS in VR
The light controller was not installed on arrival which is expected, but there was no cable run to power it once I placed it inside. The USB 3.1 ports also keep unmounting my external drive, which might just be my drive dying.Other than that I’ve had absolutely no issues. It runs perfect playing VR.

thanks skytech
2 months in and the included rgb keyboard stopped working and the fans inside are louder everyday. skytech won't help. spend $1,500 on a pc, you'd expect some sort of compensation.
