Q: How do you pair this with a phone? We bought this for my son and cannot figure it out. It is charged but can’t tell if it’s even turning on.

The headphones should power on into pairing mode, indicated by a solid blue light by the small buttons on the one muff with buttons. If that doesn't happen, pressing and holding the middle button should power on the unit (if off) and put the device in pairing mode (indicated again by the solid blue light). Once the headphones are in pairing mode, you should be able to 'see' them from any phone or tablet with Bluetooth via the menu options for Bluetooth setup on that device.
