Delivered in a 6 pack as described.This soap is very gentle on the skin. I received it towards the end of June and have been until recently (end of September/October), using it exclusively on my body, hands, and face. At first I was feeling frustrated because I wanted instant results as far as facial blemishes go. The soap didn't have any other particular properties that stuck out to me - it wasn't as hydrating as Nubian's Indian Hemp with neem oil soap for example (that one worked wonders for my hands being sensitive), and it wasn't particularly facially cleansing as far as soaps such as Nubian's African Black Soap go (again, I testify to what great a product that is). So I thought it was just a regular gentle soap. The Nubian brand in general is great for sensitive skin. Although it did its job as a gentle soap bar, I didn't take it very seriously for any particular properties.However very recently, I noticed that some significant discoloration around my mouth area that I carried for years is greatly alleviated and my skin tone was more even than it had ever been for a while.. So I wondered if it was the long term result of this soap or the short term result of the new soap..hmm..

Nubian Heritage has some great products and the Honey and Black Seed Soap is my favorite bar of soap thus far. It seems helpful to my dryer skin, cleanses well and the soap has a nice smell to it. I think it has a pretty good lather and one bar seems to last quite a long time. It has some great ingredients in it minus all of the bad stuff found in grocery store bars of soap. I can't really complain about any of the Nubian Heritage products I've purchased, I just happen to like some of them better than others based on how they smell or what they do for my type of skin. The truth is, I hope I can always use their products because I'm used to them and how healing they are to my skin and would hate to have to switch to another product!

This soap is to die for. I am not joking you--I am on maybe my 40th bar of it? I've been using it for a long long time and it has never failed. It keeps my skin extremely smooth and it smells like the sweetest most tropical delight imaginable (without any of that fake perfumy smell that plagues so many beauty products). It also has a gorgeous lather that makes it an especially long lasting bar. I shower a lot and use a lot of product when I use it but just for comparison, a standard Dove bar lasts me one week. This bar lasts me one month. It rinses clean and can be a bit irritating/drying on your sensitive lady bits, so I used it there once and won't be making that mistake again. Now I just use it for upper body and to get a nice lather on my legs for shaving. Tropical paradise!

I was looking for a face soap that wasn't $30 a bottle like the kind I've been using. I read a forum about beauty secrets and someone mentioned black seed soap. This one had the best Amazon reviews. I haven't been using this product for very long but I can already see the difference in the clarity of my skin. I also use this on my 7 year old with eczema and so far it has improved his skin tremendously over the past week. It has a nice light scent that isn't too overpowering but may smell a little old ladyish to some. It came promptly and my only regret is that I hadn't found it sooner. Oh, and it's not terrific at removing eye makeup but you should be using something else for that anyway.

I had recently tried a bar from my health food store and loved it. So went to purchase on here for more quantity and it's also fair trade. Been trying to buy fair trade as much as I can.
