Caused me to have horrible leg cramps! But I did lose weight!
Warning! Side effects discovered after being on them for approximately 5 weeks.. I started having leg cramps. Minor at first and then horrible.. as soon as I stopped my cramps stopped. But.. I did lose weight. 10#'s. But the rest are going into the trash!!

Product does not have the 3 BHB Salts as seen on the “Real Shark Tank”.
Misteprentation of product. Should contain 3 BHB Salts for best results. After researching more the best pills contain at least 3 BHB Salts. Apple sider vinegar is ok but should not contain caffeine. At least this item did not.Be very careful when ordering Keto Pills.This product came in different ingredients than the previous order but bottles are identical.

GREAT WITH GOOD DIET !!!
I’ve been talking these for a month or so and have seen some small but good progress. If you’re not on a diet and eating healthy than these probably won’t do much for you. However now is always a good time to start and get the belly melted off along with the man handles. Or wherever you may be trying to loose wight. Dedication and kindness is key. Great product you won’t regret it. I would also get the 3 pack if you’re going to be on a lengthy diet to slowly burn fat.

Looking for help with Keto try this.
I started a 30 day Keto diet 2 weeks ago so far this seems to help. I have lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks and use these every evening. Have had no ill side affects only thing is when I take them its similar to water pills If you know what I mean. For the price great deal and is enough to get your diet going!
