VERY disappointed- this item arrived with a broken plug, ...
VERY disappointed- this item arrived with a broken plug, I asked to just get a replacement power cord, which they said they couldn't do. It was supposed to be a gift and just ended up having to go in the trash. It's very cheaply made.

Broke the first day
Super disappointed with this. I bought it for my son for Christmas. When we plugged the micro-USB cord into the port, the housing just fell back into the base, just leaving an empty slot. Terrible quality and now unusable.

Broke with in a few days
Bought this for my son. About the 4th day he went to turn it on and it would turn on. So I did all the typical trouble shooting. Went to pull the plug out and an internal piece came out with it. (I wasn't pulling that hard.)Save your money.
