Like all the pockets for organizing, though the laptop sleeve could be bigger. Shoulder straps work well and stay in place. Crossbody strap is flimsy and useless if you’re putting any kind of weight in the bag. It should be wider, thicker and come with a shoulder pad. I’ve replaced the strap with one from another bag. For the price of the bag, they shouldn’t skimp on the strap.

I love the material and the sale price. I haven't had chance to travel too much with it but it was great for my 4 day trip and was a complimentary bag with a small one on wheels. Plenty of room. Can't wait to use it again.

Holds more than I thought it would and is designed very thoughtfully, except for one feature: the handle straps. They’re very long and not adjustable. If I want to carry the bag in my hand, it drags on the ground. I don’t carry big totes like this on my shoulder, so the handles are useless for me. I can use the crossbody strap, but I may just cut off these handles. Or look for a different bag.

I used this for a conference snd it was the perfect carry on with the slide over strap for luggage. And all the pockets!! Love it for my work as well and my friend purchased one after we returned from the conference after seeing how amazing it was!

One thing it needs is a charger port.

Make sure to make note of the size. This one is large but it will be great for a carry-on. People that use briefcases for laptops etc. will appreciate the size but if you are looking for a purse I wouldn't use it for one. I have 4 other baggalini's and love the brand. This does not disappoint. Easy extension of the strap to crossbody. So many pockets and laptop padding. It will expand so I can bring a change of clothes. The pouch has card slots which my purse rdf did not. I should be able to carry everything I need for a long flight and it fits right over my suitcase handle.

Lots of space. Do note that if you put in your laptop in there plus all other stuff, it can be heavy.

Using this bag to carry my chrome book. It is well designed with padding and plenty of storage for documents, passports, phone and chargers. It has a handy sleeve that you can slide over the handle of your roller luggage for easy transporting.
