I like how coffee and tea taste in this mug. However, the liquid stays warm for about 30 minutes give or take.

I can use in in microwave. it is easy to carry and clean. the design is awesome!

This is a fine ceramic cup with a silicone sleeve as advertised. However, it will not hold 16oz. Filled to the brim it comes in at 400ml which is about 14oz. At this level the lid will not go on without causing a large mess. It's best to treat this as a 12oz mug so there's enough headroom for the lid to go on. I'm very disappointed because I don't like to short my morning coffee allotment. I will be keeping this mug but will be looking for something a little bit larger.

Not a problem keeping my drinks hot. Besides, I can stick it in the microwave if needed. (Haven’t found it necessary yet) I love the feel of the porcelain rim….far better than metal!

I loved that it was ceramic, but after the first couple of uses, it started leaking around the seal on the bottom of the lid. Extremely frustrating to take a sip and have it leak all over my hand. I've adjusted the lid but still leaks. A waste of money.

The media could not be loaded.  The pink color cup is beautiful but don’t expect it to be leakproof. I like to make matcha lattes at home but this cup doesn’t keep them hot for long. When I initially make it the ceramic gets really hot! The silicone on the bottom helps but I feel it needs to be higher up on the cup. I’ve grabbed it several times and my fingers hit above the silicone and burns them. Also, the lid does not screw on and is made of cheap plastic. The part that slides open to take a sip is loose and tends to close while I’m taking a drink. I only paid $10 for is so that’s the only reason I’m keeping it. I’ll use it for around the house. It wouldn’t be good to travel with as it leaks easily.

This coffee is easy to use, clean, and keeps my liquids hot for long periods of time. The grip material is especially useful for commuting and working in the office. Looks great too!
